Come With Me
I wanna go back home to who I was before I met you. And I want you to come with me. I wanna go back home to who I was before I met you. And I want you to come with me. I wanna go back home to who I was before I met you. And I want you to come with me. I wanna go back home to who I was before I met you. And I want you to come with me. How do we begin again. Amidst the rolling mist we grin. You take my hand and […]
This Is Me
This is me. As a baby. Remembering what it feels like to approach the world with full body curiosity. Held by the hands of someone who loved me.
I Fly
YOU are the value, find it, teach it, share it and believe it. The Poem: The moment is my mentor, I’m a diver in the deep blue sky. On the Mothership I fly. TicTac Story

Mommy said I’m too big for this but then she let me sit here anyway today. She’s talking to the grocery lady who […]
Be Here Forever
Oh, I thought I was going to have time to ask all of the questions to live and then ask more questions to spread my wings and then ask my questions. Thought I would have time to get your advice. I thought I would have time. Time, I thought I would have it. It never occurred to me I wouldn’t have time until I didn’t. And now I miss you. I miss you The memory of the way you used to play. I try on your way. Am I remembering it right? The memory of the way you comforted me. […]
Cherish The Emptiness
Inspired by my sister, this sound art reminds me to honor the moments when there is nothing to do, nothing to see, nothing to feel. Where I can just be. Cherish the emptiness, Cherish the emptiness, Cherish the emptiness, people Turn off the telephone deep inside Disconnect from all the people Let them go… Cherish the emptiness, Ahhhh, ah, ah, oh oh oh…
